Frequently asked questions

Who does For The Love of Children CIC support?

FTLOC supports children and young people, their families and carers, and the schools and professionals around them. We specialise in autism, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental differences, but a diagnosis is not required to approach us.

Do we need a formal diagnosis to get support?

No. We provide support based on need. You do not need a formal diagnosis, or to be on a waiting list, to access our practical tools or request a conversation. FTLOC does not provide diagnostic assessments.

How do I book support?

Use the Book a Conversation form to tell us who the support is for and what would be useful. We will respond to discuss the right service, delivery options, availability and confirmed cost before you commit.

How does the L.O.V.E. Method work?

The L.O.V.E. Method is a practical review loop: Listen to what matters, Observe what is happening, Value the person's strengths and needs, Empower them with useful support, then Review what changed and Listen again. It helps adults respond with understanding rather than jumping to conclusions.
